Workplace mindfulness

For any organisation, success depends on sound leadership, effective decision-making, good staff collaboration, and creativity. If the staffs are stressed and unhappy, these factors will be eroded, leading to disengagement, low morale, employee turnover, and absence from work. Finally resulting in productivity loss, poor quality of work, and bad business performance.

Organisations are already investing in their staff’s professional skills development and physical health. Many are looking further at new ways to unlock individuals’ potential and keep their minds healthy.

Practising mindfulness can lead to increase happiness, improved health and reduced stress. Research studies targeted at the workplace have also linked mindfulness to helping middle managers avoid burnout, improve relationships at work, support collaboration, improve resilience to challenges, improved task performance, creativity, and adaptability to change.

Having worked in the IT industry for more than 25 years, with 20 years as a software project manager, I had experienced how mindfulness tided me over many stressful work periods. And I am familiar with engaging teams and individuals of different nationalities.

I offer 1.5hrs Mindfulness Workshop that can be conducted during lunchtime or at corporate events, a 1-day Workplace Mindfulness workshop and a 6-week Workplace Mindfulness course of 1.5hrs each session. These courses can be customised to your organisation’s needs.

All courses can be conducted in-person or online.
